STOLLENWERCK RESIDENCE

DALLAS, TEXAS | 7,700 SQFT | COMPLETED IN 2002

This 7,700 square foot house is located in University Park and was completed in September of 2002.  Other than providing livable and functional spaces for the owners’ lifestyle, the house was intended to accomplish two things.  First, the house was intended to become a natural place that would accept the owner’s eclectic collection of art and antique décor.  Second, the house’s modern sensibilities were to allow the house to de-materialize and blend into the landscape.  The house has two levels with a “z” shaped footprint, maximizing exposure to the surrounding gardens.
